    01 What is a CFS (Container Freight Station)?
    A CFS is a logistics facility where shipments from multiple shippers are brought together and loaded into a single container (LCL → FCL conversion). PackFeed operates its own CFS in Guangzhou where your various Chinese suppliers deliver their goods, after which PackFeed handles container loading and shipping.
    02 What is AEO-F?
    AEO-F (Authorised Economic Operator: Customs Simplification, Security and Safety) is a European customs status that delivers faster processing, fewer inspections, and lower guarantee requirements.
    03 Sea freight or air freight: when to choose which?
    Sea freight (4–6 weeks door-to-door) for stock replenishments where lead time is predictable and cost is the deciding factor. Air freight (3–7 days) for seasonal launches, fast reorders, or shipments <500 kg. PackFeed advises based on your lead-time tolerance and cost structure.
    04 How is customs clearance handled?
    PackFeed works with local forwarders that handle your import declaration for you (no separate customs broker needed), including advance VAT declaration, HS coding and any anti-dumping duties. AEO-F status means 90% of shipments clear straight through the green lane with no physical inspection.
