    01 Does PackFeed work with flat pick or hang pick?
    PackFeed works exclusively with flat pick: garments are stored folded in plastic-free polybags and packed flat. This is the standard process for 90% of fashion brands: more storage-efficient, faster to pick, and lower in cost. For garments that absolutely must be stored hanging (tuxedos, long dresses, leather jackets), we recommend a fulfilment partner that offers hang pick.
    02 How does PackFeed handle fashion returns?
    Returns are inspected for condition (A/B grading), repackaged, and restocked. The average return rate in fashion: 32%. PackFeed keeps restocking time under 48 hours, so popular SKUs are quickly back on sale.
