We always ship the products with the nearest best-before date first. With every order we record which batch and which date it concerns, so nothing sits on the shelf until it's unsellable.
Controlled temperature
Our warehouses are kept at a stable, controlled temperature (15–22°C) 24/7 and continuously monitored. No fluctuations that compromise the shelf life of dry food, supplements, or beverages.
In-house quality control
Our own quality team checks every inbound batch for best-before dates, packaging, and quantities, and guides every new product through onboarding. Fixed work instructions per brand.
Batch tracking and recalls
For every product we know which batch it came from and which customer it went to. If a batch needs to be recalled, we can see within 90 minutes which orders are affected, across all your sales channels.
Protective shipping
Sturdy packaging for fragile bottles and jars, with the right filling material per product. Carrier selection per shipment based on zone, weight, and service level.
