A dedicated zone in the warehouse for heavy and bulky items up to 120 kg, with its own forklift team trained to handle fragile goods with care.
Pallet shipping to consumers
We deliver large and heavy items by pallet to your customer's door, via specialized home-delivery carriers in NL, BE, and DE, with a delivery time slot and immediate removal of the packaging.
Delivery to stores and projects
Do you also supply retailers or large projects such as hotels and office fit-outs? We deliver palletized, at an agreed time and with the right documents per customer.
Careful packaging
We pack large and fragile products extra securely so they arrive undamaged. Including corner protection and impact-resistant outer packaging for delicate surfaces.
Returns of large products
We collect returns of large items at your customer's home, inspect them for damage, and, if in good condition, put them back in stock within 5 business days.
Full inventory visibility
In the client portal you see in real time how much stock you have per product, which orders are in transit, and the status of every pallet shipment.
