Local return addresses
Customers return in their own country, to a local address with a local return label. No expensive or slow return shipping to the Netherlands, and no confusion for your customer.
Customs for outside the EU
For shipments to countries outside the EU (UK, Norway, Switzerland, US and more) we handle the customs declaration, trade documents and the correct HS codes per item. No delays at the border.
Communication in your customer's language
Order confirmations, shipping emails and return instructions in your customer's language: Dutch, English, German, French or Italian. Customer service via ContactFeed in the same five languages.

Local product labels and inserts in the right language are printed per order, depending on the destination country. Including CE marking where required.
