One conviction holds it all together: the best fulfilment goes unnoticed. An order that arrives on time, intact, and with care: that is what matters.
Why PackFeed exists, and how it grew.
PackFeed started in 2020 in a warehouse on the Ecologieweg in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Founder Kevin Flipsen had learned in his earlier career how to build a strong team and how companies work from the inside. That experience led him to one conviction: fulfilment can be fairer and clearer, with a fixed price per order and a dashboard where every client can follow along down to the individual package.
What began as a single warehouse with a handful of people grew into five locations in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Not by chasing rapid growth, but by making sure the people and processes were in place before taking the next step. To further support brands that source in China, we opened our own hub there: goods are inspected on site, consolidated, and shipped directly to our warehouses. That way the entire chain, from factory to front door, runs through a single partner.
Today more than 50 people work here in permanent employment, we have shipped more than 1.2 million orders, and we still do it without outside investors. In March 2026, PackFeed became B Corp certified, one of the first fulfilment providers in the Netherlands. No coincidence: the same transparency that certification tests for is exactly what our clients look for in a logistics partner.
