01 · General

General.

What exactly is PackFeed?

+

PackFeed is a Dutch fulfilment partner for e-commerce brands. We handle storage, picking and packing, shipping via multiple carriers, customer service, administration and imports from China, all from five of our own locations in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Founded in 2020, more than 50 permanent employees, B Corp certified with a score of 84,7.

Which brands are you a good fit for?

+

From small webshops to fast-growing brands. We work with brands selling through their own webshop (such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopware), with sellers on marketplaces (Bol.com, Amazon, Zalando, Fnac), and with brands that also supply stores and retailers.

What is the minimum volume to start with you?

+

There is no hard minimum. At smaller volumes, we'll honestly assess with you whether outsourcing your fulfilment makes sense in your situation; the more orders you ship, the lower the rate per order.

Where are your warehouses located?

+

Five locations in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht (Ecologieweg 4, 8, 10, 12 and Sedumweg 19), 15 minutes from the Port of Rotterdam. You keep one inventory; we distribute it internally across the locations.

Are you B Corp certified?

+

Yes, since March 2026 with an overall score of 84,7. Read our full B Corp story.

02 · Onboarding

Onboarding.

How long does onboarding take?

+

You can usually start within 5 business days, from quote approval to first live order. For new customers, we work together to set up onboarding as efficiently as possible; for more complex assortments (food, electronics with serial numbers) we allow a bit more time.

Who handles incoming inventory?

+

You announce incoming inventory in advance via the portal. As soon as the shipment arrives, we check it and book it in, and the stock shows up in your dashboard.

Which integrations work right away?

+

Almost all common integrations work instantly: Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, Bol.com, Amazon, Zalando, Channable and many more. Whether you sell through your own webshop or via marketplaces, we connect to it directly. View all integrations.

Do we get a dedicated contact person?

+

Yes. How many people that is depends on the size of your account, but you'll always have dedicated points of contact who know your brand: for sales, for support and for operations.

How does switching from our current fulfiller work?

+

You don't have to arrange anything yourself. We offer a relocation service: we schedule a pickup day, come to your current location with our own transport, count and check the inventory, and take everything to our warehouse. The switch runs smoothly, with zero hassle for you.

03 · Pricing & contract

Pricing & contract.

How is your pricing model structured?

+

You pay one fixed rate per order. That covers picking, packing and packaging materials. The carrier's shipping costs are added separately, with no peak or fuel surcharges. Curious what it comes to for your volume? Request a quote for a price indication within 30 minutes.

Do you work with annual contracts?

+

We agree on terms together. For new customers, we don't work with a notice period: if you're not happy, you can stop at any time. For larger customers, different contractual arrangements may apply, always agreed in advance.

How are shipping costs calculated?

+

We buy shipping labels centrally from carriers like DHL, bpost, DPD, GLS, UPS and Mondial Relay. That volume gets us sharp rates, and we pass that advantage on to you. You pay the shipping rate plus pick and pack. Request a quote: a price indication within 30 minutes.

Do we get volume tiers?

+

Yes. The more you ship, the lower the rate per order. This happens automatically: no need to renegotiate as you grow. Curious what it comes to for your volume? Request a quote.

What does customer service cost extra?

+

You pay per minute we spend on customer inquiries, whether by email, chat or phone. There is no fixed monthly fee and no minimum. The one-time setup (agreements on how we respond on behalf of your brand) is arranged up front. Request a quote for the exact rates.

04 · Integrations

Integrations.

How quickly is our Shopify store connected?

+

The connection is set up in no time: on average within 11 minutes of installing the app. From then on, orders come in directly, inventory is updated every 60 seconds, and track & trace updates go back to your customer automatically.

Do you work as an alternative to Logistiek via Bol (LVB)?

+

Yes. With PackFeed you keep one inventory that serves all your sales channels at once: Bol, Amazon, Zalando, Fnac, your own webshop and your B2B orders. Orders from all those marketplaces come in automatically via the integrations and go out the door without any manual work. Prefer to use Bol or Amazon shipping labels after all? Then you buy them there and we apply them to the order. On the Marketplace page you'll find the full comparison with Logistiek via Bol (LVB).

Do you have an EDI connection for B2B?

+

Yes. For major retailers like Plus, Bol Wholesale, Amazon Vendor, Bijenkorf and Zalando Connected, we automatically send orders, advance shipping notices and invoices in the format the retailer requires. Setting this up takes 6 to 10 business days on average. See the B2B page.

Can you connect to our accounting system?

+

We don't handle automatic posting to your accounting ourselves. There is, however, an API that lets you or your accounting package retrieve the data, such as sales, returns and inventory. That way you can connect it to systems like Exact, AFAS or Twinfield.

Can I use my own inventory system?

+

No, we work with our own inventory and order system. We do continuously (every 5 minutes) send you an up-to-date overview of your inventory and orders, which you can import into your own reporting or accounting system.

05 · Returns

Returns.

How do you handle returns?

+

Your customer registers the return on a returns page in your own branding. We receive the package, assess the product's condition (new, used or defective), repack it and put it back in stock within 48 hours. We photograph used and defective products. For international returns, there are return addresses in multiple countries.

Do I get photos of damage?

+

Yes. We photograph every used or defective returned product as standard. Unused products only if you want. You'll find the photos in the portal, and we include them in the email to your customer service team.

What does a return cost?

+

For inspecting, repacking and restocking there is a fixed fee per return. Shipping costs from the customer to our warehouse are passed on at the carrier's rate. Request a quote for the exact amounts.

Do you also do refurbishment?

+

To a limited extent: for fashion and home we steam and polish, for electronics we run functional tests. For extensive refurb we refer you to specialized partners (we have 2).

What do you do with unsellable inventory?

+

You have three options: we send it back to you, we donate it to charity, or we have it properly processed (recycled or destroyed). You decide per product what happens to it.

06 · Agreements & guarantees

Agreements & guarantees.

Until what time can an order still ship the same day?

+

Orders for the Netherlands received before 23:59 ship the same day; for Belgium it's 22:59 and for the rest of the world 20:59.

How often do you pack the right products?

+

In 2025 we packed 99,98% of orders error-free. When picking, we scan every product with a barcode scanner, and we scan it again when packing. All processed orders are monitored this way, so the customer gets exactly what they ordered.

What if you miss an order?

+

Then we refund the order and the shipping costs. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.

Do you have a status page?

+

Yes. On our status page you can see live whether all our systems (fulfilment software, integrations and dashboards) are running properly. The past 90 days of history are public.

How reliable are your systems?

+

Our systems are almost always available (more than 99,9% of the time). The warehouse partly runs on power from our own solar panels, and if a carrier goes down, we automatically switch to another.
