PackFeed B.V. ("PackFeed", "we", "us") is located at Ecologieweg 4, 3343 LM Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 89767071. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

We process personal data because you use our services or because you provide it to us yourself. This may include:

• Name, address, and company details
• Phone number and email address
• Order data, delivery confirmations, and return history
• Communication via email or the portal
• Portal login credentials and session information
• Location data (only for carrier tracking)

We process your personal data for the following purposes, on the legal basis stated for each:

1. Performance of the agreement: processing orders, shipments, and returns
2. Legal obligation: for example, data required for customs declarations on international shipments
3. Legitimate interest: portal security, fraud prevention, and account management
4. Consent: newsletter and analytics cookies

We do not keep your data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes listed above. Specific periods:

• Customer and order data: for as long as you are a client, and thereafter as long as legally required
• Communication: 24 months after the last contact
• Portal session logs: 90 days
• Job application data: 4 weeks after the process ends (12 months with consent)

PackFeed does not sell data. We only share it with parties necessary to perform your agreement:

• Carriers (DHL, PostNL, DPD, Bpost, UPS) for shipping and tracking
• Software providers we use to run the fulfilment, including our fulfilment software
• Cloud provider with data located within the EU

We sign GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with all of these parties.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to data portability. Send your request to info@packfeed.nl. We respond within four weeks.

You can file a complaint at any time with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch privacy regulator, via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

PackFeed takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unwanted disclosure. We use encrypted connections for all data traffic, and data is stored in data centers within the EU.

We may update this privacy statement. The most recent version is always available on this page. In case of material changes, we notify active clients by email.
