Traceable per batch
With every pick we record which batch the product comes from and its expiration date. If a batch has to be recalled, we know within 90 minutes which customers received a product from that batch, across all sales channels.
Breakage protection
We pack glass bottles extra carefully in shock-absorbing sleeves. On returns, customers can upload a photo of a broken package and we immediately arrange the refund and reshipment.
Freshness and sensitive products
We store fragrances and strongly scented products separately so scents never transfer. We always pick the oldest stock first, so customers receive a product with a fresh expiration date.
Cross-border without the hassle
We handle international shipping with local carriers per country, local return addresses and the right customs paperwork. No surprises at the border.
